It has begun! From now on it will be fun. We entered in the electoral campaign and we are getting really far from reality with the speed of light. The Planet of Moldova stays far behind and we are already attaining atmospheric heights. A little further and we will not be needed the jets, and the movements in weightlessness does not comply to other laws. Totally free from the gravitation load, the travels through media space will depend only by the impulses of the astronauts...

Those, that remained down, will watch their adventures like something that is happening from somewhere far away, without influencing their daily work. But this is only until the shuttle and all the cosmic garbage will fall on their heads, right after elections. It's true that they can choose: to fall something small, that does not kill them for good, or... I do not know why, but in such times I remember a song by Pavel Kașin: „Открытый космос в ее голове”...

GREAT HASTE DOES NOT MAKE GREAT WASTE  At the time that i am writing this text, there are 21 candidates that submited their intentions at the CEC! A big crowd! Let's see how many will remain at the end of the month. At the moment only two nominees, Lupu and Ghimpu, brought to CEC the necessary amount of signatures. The PD nominee did it wright in the first day! A stunning performance and, at first sight, a doubtful one. I mean How? How can you expose yourself in such a way? We could accuse PD of foolishness, if we could forget a small detail: the candidates will be appear on the ballot paper in the order they submitted their files (If their signatures would be validated, but is there someone who is doubting that? I assure you, they are not so stupid, that they would forge the signatures). In this way, the candidate Marian Lupu will be first on the ballot paper, and Mihai Ghimpu - the second. Wait a second, to what purpose? Don't we live in a "captive state" in which the almighty Plaha controls absolutely everything? Can we understand that he can not design machines at CEC? Its seems not a lot, and that those hypothetical votes that are connected to the position on the ballot paper are not ignored at all... For their sake, PD accepted to be accused that they used their administrative machinery at maximum (as if those before them did not do the same thing, or, if there would be others on their places, they would do differently...). You can see it as you want, but I see here a good sign and a touch of hope.

THE INVENTED BILLION I quote: "[we demand] The External Audit of the State Register of Voters and the State Register of Citizens, to determine the motive for the sudden raise of the voters, with over a million people, in the circumstances that the population of the Republic od Moldova is continues to decrease", stated "Platforma DA" party.

Problem Data: We have

1) The number of voters of 2016, announced by CEC  two weeks ago: 3.237.032.

2) The number of voters included in the electoral lists in 2014: 2.800.827. (Note: I can not know the number announced by CEC in 2016, based on the State Register of Population, can be compared with the "number of voters included in the electoral lists" from 2014).

3.237.032 – 2.800.827 = 436.205. Approximately this would be the difference (hypothetical, see the note from above). I can say that this is also a big difference, but far from a million of people. Nastase is naturally lying. Instead, I made some calculations for my own from a list from the State Register of Population and figured 3.170.202 citizens with the right to vote. Let's skip those 8.407 citizens that have over 90 years old... There is an impressive number! (Not matter how cynical we are, but the value less that 0.5%, if we apply the same absenteeism as in 2014). The obtained difference against those announced by CEC is 66.830 people. And this means about 4% using the same references as in 2014. That is how I think, the conclusions are yours to make. Or search for yourself.

THERE WILL BE NO REFERENDUM! I also do not like how Chisinau looks, even if I pass through there only once in a year. But I am against such referendums. Not because I like Chirtoaca, his last statements are more and more... spatial, let's call them this way, but I think that for the change of the administration there are elections. Usatai I like even less, but the citizens of Balti don't have any other chose but bear it, if they elected him. I would pronounce myself against a referendum even if the referendum was organised to dismiss Usatai. Democracy means responsibility! This means to assume your votes. To respect the choice of majority. But we don't know what democracy is. To what leads the referendums from the ex-Sovietic space and for what they are organised generally, we all know. The Appeal Court from Balti decided that there will be no referendum for Chirtoaca's dismissal. But I ask myself how many activists who asked for him, invited people to boycott the elections a year ago. And he can not overlook that step that made PL relating to the salary and to contractual commitments of Victor Chironda. He says that he will tip off the "external partners". PL alerted already the donors from Romania. They will figure it out somehow. But this is what I thinking: when i am writing you this lines, it is already midnight. And usually, in the night between Thursday and Friday I sleep only a couple of hours. More than two years. Because during the day I work on a contract for which I have a salary. And my Boss really would not like the fact that I am writing weekly synthesis when I should do something else. But enough about me. Probably in the NGO's or Public Social Funds is another arrangement. Probably a guy that takes in a month a wage from the public money, more than gets an elder for his pension, can afford to organize his days in another way. To deal with referendums, for example. I don't know, you decide. For the moment, the City Hall of Chisinau is totally disordered, inclusively cause of the referendum. Because those who sould do their job, especially the CMC, have other fights to fight.

LA STRADA – PLAGIARISM! By the way, about NGO's. In 2012 a NGO that consumes money from the Government of France, the Scelles Fundation, wrote a rapport spread on a large scale that 70% of Moldovan women have prostituted at least once in lifetime. When asked for explications, they confess that they took the number from God knows what rapport of a unknown European Deputy (whatever, back then even Becali was an European Deputy) without checking it with any official State institurions from Moldova. Today, instead worrying, the Moldovan associates, inclusively from those scandalized back in the time, even in Paris, cooperates very well with Scelles Fundation. I told you: when you give money...

The past days Lilia Bicec, the authoress of the book about migration “Bumerang” was discovering with stupor a fragment from her book on a web site from the Republic of Moldova, stirilocale.md. But the guilt was not of the portal. The took this fragment, indicating with fidelity the source, from an activity report of an NGO, La Strada! However, the fraud is not limiting to plagiarism. That is what we read in the notes that are attached to the stolen text (p. 20): "As a result of the evaluation was convoked the multidisciplinary team which included: social assistant, mayor, sector policeman, class teacher amd the doctor that created the individual plan of intervention for every member of the family and also the working plan for the family. The members of the family are monitored monthly by visits and meetings". Of course, for this “monthly monitoring” are needed money, isn’t it so?...

THE COUNTRY OF THE DOOMED We have Valera Guma, now we have another one: Serioja Trocin. Doomed for money laundering, fiscal evasion and smuggling in Romania, Trocin is working as the chief of the Internal Audit Service of the SOE State Administration of Roads. Was he running of the “Romanian gendarme”, isn’t that right, comrade Dodon?

MOLDOVA AT CIS If you have forgotten the existence of this organization, it is time to remember it. The fact that we are still going there is an absurdity from all the points of view. The commercial exchanges with the CIS are decreasing continuously and now are even smaller than those with Romania, to talk about security makes no sense since the annexation of Crimea…

for, e timpul să ne aducem aminte. What are we looking for there?! Meanwhile, our neighbor from the west, on which money were repaired our kindergartens, has the highest economic growth from across the EU! Who has ears – hear it!

FROM THE ELECTORAL Sincerely, I do not even know what to write about the election. Significantly, no? However, I got a thought: I do not see the difference between the parliamentary campaign and the present one... Or, to choose a party is not quite the same thing as choosing a President. I will mention just a few moments, telegraphic:

Dodon is massively distributing booklets with the “Romanian gendarme”. He is afraid of DNA, I suppose…

Voronin says that communists will boycott the elections. As few as they are, I do not think a difference is going to be noted.

„Usatai” (quotes are necessary, because without them he doesn’t have the required years) says that will dissolve the Parliament. Well if he was not able, with his bandits, to take it by storm, even so, but he should know, and the voters that elementary, he has no right by the Constitution!

DA-PAS-PLDM have not relinquished the idea to come up with a common candidate. Attention, voters, you may sign for Sandu, however you will have to vote for Nastase. Or vice versa.

Ghimpu and Chirtoaca continue both to be enchanting! The first one dreamed of Zina, the second one – of Carla.

As to the rest, exchanges of astray rejoinders on facebook…Lupu are not talking. He is the first one on the list. And nothing from nobody about the obligations of a President, about the country, about the citizens of the country…

AND THE PEOPLE, WHAT ARE DOING THE PEOPLE? Burn down the country…Literally. And the Scots send firefighting trucks to extinguish the fires ignited by Moldovan... What a macabre symbol…
